database. This project is only the first step of the external website with creative graphic design (simple and elegant) based on our logo and its CMS. Please provide 3 to 5 design mockups. I would need the website to be functional as soon as possible. If the work is done well, we will work together on the second part which includes the online booking and online payment. The website will be multilingual (English, Simplified Chinese, French) and we will add more languages later. We start with apartments in Shanghai and more cities in China will be added. On the homepage: Link to “Chinese, English, French” versions Link to a form for owners to list their apartment Link to a inquiry form for clients Link to “Our partners” Link to “Why choose us?” Link to “Our booking procedure” (a few booking steps using Flash Player) Link to “Contact us” (form to fill out and where to find us, phone and possibility to chat live) The client can search and browse apartments based on different criteria. It shows the apartments details and many many features with about 20 pictures for each page. The availabilities and features of the apartments should be easy to upload and be updated immediately on the website. The apartment page will have these functions : Email-to-friend, Start a new search, shopping cart that will be sent along with a inquiry form to us. I would also the statistical tools for number of visitors, page views, geography..... The database should contain more information about the apartments than the website, the clients and their requests, the owners and the agents. I will want the coming emails to be workfiles and be assigned to owners or clients in the history. Each employee has his own account with login and password but they will all have access to the same apartments details. Bidders with prior examples of similar type work will be more favourably considered, particularly those with examples of real estate work.
