Description:	Project Brief: Needed is a website that people can post up their real estate property to sell or rent. It will be a mix between www.realestate.com.au and www.ebay.com.au. Scope: I already have a backend software that can handle most of the functions I need for now. So the developer will have to implement a layout that is the exact clone of www.4templates.com into the backend system. Graphics and colour scheme will need to be similar to 4templates.com. The backend system is a demo but has all the functions necessary so the developer will need to modify minor aspects of it and install it on to our server.
