Description:

Seeking website designer/programmer to build custom website for Autosurf and
HYIP community. Site will feature Autosurf and HYIP monitoring script with
ratings and monitoring status, as well as Alexa Traffic Ratings.
Website must be designed to maximize advertising revenue.
Autosurf/HYIP monitoring/ratings script needed.
Affiliate Script is needed.
Graphics Requirements:
Website logo must be redesigned. Need more authoritative look.
Need to design up to 3 banners with code.
Need to design 1-2 monitor buttons and provide code to insert on a website to
show our monitor button, allowing votes.
Affiliate/Referral Program Requirements:
Affiliate URL must be generated for all members.
Two membership levels: Standard (free) and Upgraded (single annual payment).
Affiliate program will pay referral commissions on first level only.
Only upgraded members eligible for referrals or referral commissions.

Affiliate script and content management script have already been
purchased. No longer need to build from scratch.
At this juncture I need the following:
Installation and integration of the two scripts.
The affiliate script may need to be modified so members can pay to become
upgraded members. Upgraded members will have access to protected pages on the
site.
A user interface built to accept banner and text ad purchases.
A user interface built to purchase conference room rentals. My affiliates will
earn a commission if they rent one of my conference rooms to another party.
Visitors may also rent the conference room directly from my site. I will need a
page designed to allow both functions.
Two pages of the site will require nested frames. I want my members to be able
to visit other sites without leaving my site. This can be accomplished with
nested frames that users can scroll both vertically and horizontally.
I still need a new logo and a few banners designed.
