Description:	We are in need of a PHP/mySQL programmer to code a generic security module we have designed. PLEASE NOTE: A non-disclosure agreement will be required before work can begin!! All source code will become our property with no licenses or other restrictions. Do not use any previous work or libraries, etc. to which any other party may have a claim! An example of the detailed specifications to be provided is attached. Note that it is an incomplete example and that the full specification (over 30 pages long) will be provided to the selected bidder. This is only the first module of a larger system, which will be built upon this foundation. Please include a ballpark time estimate along with your bid if you would like to be considered.
