Description:

REQUIREMENTS:
-All work shall be done on Dolphin-v.6.1.4, Ad Free version (
http://www.boonex.com/products/dolphin/ ) You can download it for free. Use Ad
Free version only
-Ability to transcode video uploaded by users to Flash format (.flv) and
transfer the video file to video server via FTP.
-Ability to view the video directly from Limelight server from our
dolphin-based site
-Ability to delete a copy of the video file after successful upload to video
server
-Deletion of file from video server if moderator or user deleted a video they
uploaded
-Ability for user to choose a collection of thumbnails for the video they
uploaded. Thumbnail generation should be based on 5-10 seconds intervals of
frames from the video. Selected thumbnail shall also be uploaded to video server
-Video page shall show number of views
-Video page shall have rating/vote
-Video page shall show recommendations of other videos
-Video player shall have a internal playlist that shows list of videos that can
be played (depending on Customer's video player for this)
-Ability for admin to send newsletters to all members sorted by opt-in
subscribers, age range, gender and users' last visited to website.
-Auto deletion of User Generated Content (UGC) (blog, photo, video, comments,
etc) if app receives more than a predefined number of bad reports for each
content.
-Moderation on comments, blogs, groups, events
-App shall be able to check for list of censored words, before allow user to
post the content (comments, blog, groups, events, etc)

NOTES:
-We shall provide you with Remote Desktop access
-You need to do a weekely update via email to us on your progress on each
Friday
-We need to see your work in progress
-We must use MSN/Skype/Yahoo/Gtalk to communicate and also email
-You must prepare a UAT deadline. There must be an UAT by 50% of the proj
timeline

DELIVERABLES:
-Source codes. Typically are (but not limited to) source codes and files (like
.aspx, .php, .html, .java), image files (.jpeg, .gif, .png), source image files
(.psd, .png), multimedia files (.mid, .avi, .mpg) and other documents (.doc,
.txt)
-Readme file that explains the instructions on how to make file, code changes
to our existing site. For example, "Go to member.php and find line with
SERVER_VARS("ID") and replace with "SERVER_VARS("nick"). Add file member_new.php

DEADLINE
-You need to deliver BEFORE 15th of December, 2008
-If you fail to deliver the first round of code for all requirements before the
date, there shall be a 15% discount in the total project fee. We need to do this
because our deadline is very crucial

TERMS & CONDITIONS
-There shall be no initial deposit. Initial deposit shall be escrowed when 30%
of work has been completed
-We are a 5 star reviewed buyer at www.getafreelancer.com. We're here to try
new and better professionals like you. We're a good paymaster
-There shall be progress payment of 30 / 30 / 40. Initial deposit shall be only
be released after 30% progress has been done.
-All work/deliverables are subjected to changes. Changes that are mutually
agreed as major, shall be charged with rate that is mutually agreed
-Changes are defined to be changes that is within the
scope/requirements/feature, but needed to be done differently. For example, a
database table to store users information
that has not been normalized, needs to be normalized.
-Full payment will only be paid after we have successfully tested your
code/work and we are 100% satisfied and agreed that you have meet our
requirements
-Full payment will only be paid after we receive all your deliverables
-Successful deliverables means your deliverables that has 100% meet our
requirements to our satisfaction.
-Very, very positive feedback will only be given to providers that 100% meet
our requirements to our satisfaction
-Service provider (which is you) must provide milestones for your service. Each
milestone achieved and fully completed (with successful UAT with bugs fixed)
shall be reciprocated with progress payment. A preferred milestone would be a
30%, 30%, 40% work in progress or completion of certain items or feature as
indicated in our agreement. Progress payment for each milestone will only be
performed after the deliverables has been given to us
-We do not pay if you do not deliver the deliverables. We only pay after we
receive the deliverables. We do not pay for "trying", meaning if you do not
complete the job requirements, we won't pay you, regardless if you have done
something or not
-You must agree to cancel the escrow if you fail to deliver the deliverables or
did not complete the job requirements as stated
