I have no time to build this so I need someone that can deliver this pretty quick to the exact specs. I need a pretty standard php app interfacing with a mySQL db. The app will consist of these sections (each can be on one page): ---------SECTION 1------------------------ -> Employee Info - Enter/Edit/Delete Employee Info (Name Address, Phone, email, phone, IP, etc). This data needs to be imported from .csv or excel format. I need to be able to edit this info when needed as well) All this info needs to be contained in one mySQL DB. App should also have search function for employees ->Link Info - Enter/Edit/Delete Link Info (Link ID, Link URL, Link Description, Link Payout). This needs to be contained on one mySQL table as well. --How the App Should Work --- Basically I need to daily email each of my employees a chosen number of links contained in the Link Info table. I need to able to assign these link records to each Employee, (either on the Employe Info page or Link Info page) but a requirement is to never send a duplicate link on the email to one employee ever Also, the links need to be randomly assigned as an option. I should also be able to see on Employee Info page past links list sent before Email Features I should be able to manually send email containing the links assigned to my employees or be set to send auto at random times. Only one email to each employee a day when auto sending. Control Page - A Page where I can see a list of all employees and under each employee, a list of their sent link history under each and I should be able to assign each link from Not completed to completed (completed ones grayed out). In Essence: App's purpose is to be able to email each of my employees a list of assigned links contained in the link info table. Email also need to be sent in intervals during the day or time-assigned. I need to also edit employees info as well as link's info at any time. Also, a page where I can see a list of the employees and their sent link history and be able to assign each link as completed or not. Related Projects:  CL phone Verification -
