Description:	I need a php photo upload script with security that will save photo in a mysql database.This means I need form and photo_upload.php as well as Mysql table code with userid and imageid. It should only accept these file types: .jpg, jpeg, .png, .gif. It should only accept file sizes no larger than 300 x 300 pixels. I need a php script to retrieve and resize the photo to approximately 30% of the original so that it can be viewed as a thumbnail pic on the members area page.
