Description:	Looking for someone to make an image site with the following features. Users can upload images, but, unless they are a premium user, they must be moderated by an admin or moderator. Main page displays the latest image in a thumbnail, so preferably using GD to imagemagik. During upload, users can assign "tags" to images (similar to flickr) which makes searching easier. Searching for an image goes by both tags and name. Other users can login and comment on pictures Other users can add tags to images (but must be approved by the moderators/admins first) I want a section of the site for news articles, where users can submit news articles that can be submited to the front page. I also want users to be able to rate (level from 1-10). As well as tags, i would like categories. I would also like the user-accounts to be based off of vBulletin accounts (vbulletin will be in a seperate directory). I also would like a "sponsered links of the day" where people can buy text links (with description) for a set amount of days, depending on how much they spend. They can either buy per day (more expensive) or by clicks (which is less expensive). Would also like a click-tracker so that the same ip cannot affect the clicks. I would also like the news exported from a specified vBulletin forum on the main page. Also, an area in the layout for google ads/payed ads. I would like the ads to be rotated. Users can either let us put in google ads, or their own images with a link to their site. (ads should allow javascript to be posted).
