profile projects. I need someone who can cater for our immediate needs, and then work with me personally on some larger scale industrty wide projects. I am willing to discuss profit share. Reasonably. I am currently the Marketing manager for a business in an industry that is crying out for the right type of online representation. Having worked in this industry for 20 years, I know exactly how its web requirements could be delivered. But it is still untapped. I have recently come into the position of being able to explore this, but first I must update my own company's online profile. Following that, I can focus on the industry at large. Nothing is required that is too challenging to a competent PHP/ MySQL developer. But you must be knowledgable of your discipline. This is not some small project. I do not expect you to know everything of course, but I would expect you to share the same 'Anything is possible' attitude that I have, and believe that big money can still be made on the web (especially if you have specialist knowledge in a niche industry). If you agree, then you should get in touch with me. You will need to know PHP / MySQL as a minimum. Knowledge of XML and .Net would be nice, but is not necessarily conditional. We are a growing company, and I need someone I can hand some of the smaller coding work to, so I can focus my time on other aspects of the IT department. Good English is a must. You can be located anywhere as long as you have a steady connection to the internet. Base pay is $1200 /month however after the 60 day probation period it will increase to $1550 / month.
