Description:	I am in need of a webpage clone of paidwebsurfing.com. This website is simple. The features needed are as follows; Database to keep track of customers and customer's IP so customers may not sign up more then once. Each customer will be presend with a list of "tasks" to complete. Once complete the tasks can no longer be listed. Will need an admin panel to add and remove tasks. The tasks are banners to complete offers. The database will need to be able to keep track of how many "offers" or "tasks" the customer has completed so the customer's paycheck can be calcualted and have paypal feature to pay customer for their work. Obviously the site cannot be an axact clone and will need different colors, layout and images.
