Hello, We want to create a reader which aggregates the sales pricing of properties plus more as indicated below. We featured thousands of listings in our database and this system would need to keep track of data and display it on the homepage as displayed below in a table unless there is another solution to a simple table. In addition this would need to be displayed in a formatted page which updates daily to reflect and price swings up or down and display it appropriately. A sample is below: Avg Manhattan Listings prices Size (ft²) $ per ft² Price Studio 805 1,270 980,000 1 BR 908 1,307 1,272,500 2 BR 1,441 1,396 2,150,000 3 BR 2,230 1,563 3,675,000 4+ BR 3,390 1,814 6,499,000 Medians for listings from past 60 days from Elika data. Excludes some extraordinary properties. No representation is made as to the accuracy of this data. This would been displayed on the bottom on the homepage. 5. Also need to a add to the bottom of homepage side by side with the data above: displayed as MANHATTAN REAL ESTATE DATA 1-day 7-day 30-day New Listings 2 424 1,518 Price Cuts 6 276 1,025 Total Inventory 6,583 6,548 6,297 This needs to be coded in a way that data is continously monitored and displayed in addition we will need for this data to also display on the full page a quarterly report of the real estate data and listings and on the homepage.
