Description:

For a client i need the following program.
Create a child friendly browser with install options and usage options set by
parents.
We provide the layout / icons

Functions
1. browser builder. .exe program to create a whitelist and startpage, and build
(rebuild) the browser. Also multi laguage option. With the builder we must be
able to create a new language. details to set web database options
1 a. On install the option to share aproved sites yes / no. see option 4 c
2. option for parents to aprove a url. When aproved it automatic is placed in
the whitelist.
3. when a url is entered that is not aproved a message is displaying that this
site needs to be aproved by the parents. An overview of url` s that need
aproving must be build in the browser. Parents enter a password (entered on
install) to get access to that browserpage.
4. option to create profiles for more then 1 user (add user). Fields to edit
are;
name / birthdate / The birthdate is to automatic create the security level that
is pre set by the program (and database ...see below).
Security levels
4 a. only aproved sites from parents
4 b. by us aproved websites ( 3 age levels)
4 c. sites aproved by other parents. devided in 3 levels. Mild parents /
average parents / strikt parents.
4 d... the security levels run on a database on the web!
5.create browser history that can be cleared / cleaned
6. not aproved sites that need parent aproval with 2 options . 1 - only this
page / 2. whole site. function to set an age for that url / page
7. create shortcut on desktop
8. function to block all other browser on the pc, when opening a browser a
password needs to be entered.
9. create an about page with text that can be entered by the browser builder

When creating a profile aditional options to set.
1. can download files / yes / no
2. can add favorite url` s / yes / no
3. show printer / yes / no

Note more function request must be possible, these are just the start
functions.
The programmer must have more then 1 review, and we look for good contact for
further developement of the project.
