There are several other applications on the site such as a day-planner style calendar that is used to schedule events that they require volunteers for, and a content management system for posting and reading articles written by different authors. Payment processing for the donations will be handled via paypal, and we have static script samples of their custom payment buttons ready to roll. The pages are all designed, the flows worked out, we have the database tables spec'd out, and you can view non-functioning versions of the pages at http://68.165.115.70/newugm/index.shtml http://68.165.115.70/newugm/admin/index.shtml We will attach the ERD document and site map files here. We have had another company working on this project, but they have dropped the ball so many times that we are unable to rely on them anymore. We will be getting the files they have completed later today, and estimate that overall, the project is about 80% functional. The administration side of the site is done with the exception of the user report genertor, and the calendar/event planning stuff (which is about 75% finished). The real catch is the deadline, we have to have this finished no later than Thursday, February 9. We are flying cross-country to meet with the people at the charity the following Monday to train them on how to use it, and it needs to be functional.
