Description:	The Good Tern Foundation is a start-up non-profit who wants to create an extranet/bulletin-board page on their web site, www.thegoodternfoundation.org. From the users prospective, the page will be a social networking tool for enviornmentakists; from our perspective it will serve an intranet function (a place to go to interact with other members of TGTF)and an exrranet functio (a place where we can interact with, recruit and cuktivate new members and donors). The page must be open to everyone and everyone will be encourages to input. It will have a moderator and input will not be posted until it has been read (and edited, if necessary). People will be encouraged to join the list; after recieving a password they will have full access to the page. It is assumed that the page will not only br interactive but multimedia. Page may have its own address book; email, newsletter, survets and quectionairs will be compoment parts og thr bulletin board.
