Looking for someone to help with design a simple "Sales Letter" type of direct
response website. This website would have two goals. 1. Capture visitors email
addresses by signing up for an irresistable ezine offer, and/or 2. Sell the
visitor via the Sales Letter on subscribing to my monthly "How to" hard copy
newsletter for Real Estate Investors. It is imperative that the order page
contains one or more upsells for other products (options). I would also like the
"Thank You" page for signing up for the ezine to include an offer to attend a
FREE Teleseminar. Looking for someone with direct response sales experience and
not just a graphics designer. I can write the copy and provide the testimonials,
just need someone adept at website design that also understands the sales
process. Other projects on the drawing board as well. The site that I wish to

relationship with preferrably an independent operator.
