I
am looking for a website design for a new real estate investment web site.
People will post listings for homes that need repairs/rehabilitation.
The design should include three parts: Home page, Sub Page template (shell for
standard pages like contact, about, etc.), and Members section.

Basically, I want something that is very good (corporate) quality but that has
an inviting appearance (keep in mind that the homes that will be posted on the
site are distressed and in need of repairs).
I will need ONLY 3 photoshop files. One for each section. No HTML is
required.
