Description:	I have a web site ( www.smartfreecars.com) that has one banner on it.( consumer direct) I need someone to generate five hundred signups. The signups would count when you click the banner which brings you to a page that asks for an e-mail address. After entering the e mail address you are taken to a page where some questions need to be answered after that I receive credit for the signup you do "not" have to enter a credit card or go any farther. The key is all the e mail addresses must seem to be coming from unquie IP addresses and because they want only US signups they must seem to be coming from US IP addresses.
