We are real estate broker and the purpose of the flyer will be to get the attention of property owners to list their property with us for rent and sale. It will be delivered by mail. The flyer can be any format but not bigger than A4. It should include some pictures and a text describing why they should leave their property with us. We will give the creator some points to work on with regards to text that we want highlighted and it should also match the design of our website.
