I am looking for a result oriented individual as a part time permanent link manager to create both one way links and reciprocal links for various sites. Before you bid, please send me an email giving me four pieces of information. 1-You have read this listing in its entirety and you understand and agree to the conditions. 2-The cost for the 50 links. 3-Your hourly fee for 10 hours of work per week. 4-Your estimation of how many links I should expect per week from your work. The project begins with 50 links half of which are reciprocal and half one way permanent. Upon satisfactory completion of this project we will begin the weekly work which is 5 to 10 hours per week. Please read the following conditions that must be met carefully. Any link that does not pass any, and I do mean any of the following conditions will be rejected. 1- Links must come from unique domains and C-class IP addresses. 2- We need a list of links to be sent to us for approval (we want to avoid link farms, FFA, message board, blog spam, web ring, software-submission or black hat offers. etc.) 3- You cannot spam to obtain links. You need to provide brief documentation on how the links were obtained. 4- Simple text links, not redirects, or dis-allowed by robots.txt or (In other words, no sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks.) 5- Linking page must have a current PR of 4 or higher. Some of our sites have PR or 3 and some PR of 0. 6- No more than 20 outgoing links per page where my link appears. 7- Content, of linking sites, MUST be related to magazine subscription. 8- The ability to see the URL where my link is placed in order to verify the anchor text as well as the validity of the site. 9- No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus) 10- No site-wide links. Payment will be made from scriptlance escrow at the completion of this assignment. The assignment is complete when all of the links are in place. To avoid confusion, no payments will be released until all the links are in place. You will not receive partial payment for partial work since I am looking for a result oriented individual and expectation of payment for partial work is not result oriented. Thanks!
