We will require full reports as to what sites you have entered our sites URL... majority of sites should have a Google page rank at least of "2-3". We currently have "LinkMachine SEO Software" installed so reciprocal links will require you to work with in this software. When responding to this job, please include how many (realistically) "real estate" related links you believe you can point to our site that include our requirements listed above, also please include where you are located and experience. We have experienced individuals/companies who promised the world and unfortunately fell far short of delivering what was expected. Therefore payment terms will include: 25% of your fees when you deliver 25% of your forecasted amount of links. As you keep driving additional links 25% of payment will be due to you as each 25% increment of your forecasted link goals have been completed.
