into and graphics with ease. The project is for one underlying HTML newsletter that will be sent to subscribers via email. You'll actually design the newsletter using the color scheme/logos from our current sites and an example of an email that we already like how it's set up. There are 30 letters that will need to be dropped into this newsletter design that will be set-up in an autoresponder system. There's about 15 different variations that will be set in the newsletter template but will require a little bit of creative design to make each one unique. For example, one sales letter mentions 'frogs' so a creative design that illustrates the sales letters message will be needed for each different variation. Probably the easiest way to do this is to have access to royalty-free photos and artwork that you can just drop-in to the HTML newsletter template in the same place for each letter. A graphic designer that has a GREAT eye for detail, understands how to highlight, bold and call-out pieces within the marketing message is really desired. I would prefer to work with a graphic designer that has designed email newsletters before and even direct marketing pieces before so that I don't have to spend time talking about text edits. The ideal graphic designer understands how to use font, bold, highlight, underline etc to call attention to the pieces of the message that are the most important. The right candidate can work on these 30 letters (approx. 15 variations) in a matter of 4-5 hours at most and can turn these around for a first review in a couple of days from winning the project and have the finished products no later than Tuesday, June 21st.
