Description:	Hi, I need a programmer that understands Google Adwords API. Minimal UI. Script to run on my server. It will have: 1.the capability for me to upload a .csv file that the script will draw information from and 2.specify which adgroup the script is to modify. 3.change the ads (with information from .csv) specified in step#2 when certain conditions occur to the adgroup. 4.write ongoing information back into a .csv or excel file. Will need information documentation from programmer on how to change which adgroup I want to use and how to specify a brand new ad group.
