users to search for education jobs available in the state of Illinois, in the USA. I am looking for someone who can develop a campaign for traffic to my site that will only direct FOCUSED visiters. The vast majority of my visitors are from Illinois. The only way I am going to measure the success of this campaign is through the increase in new business it generates. I am willing to give a bonus for the project based on the amount of new business I receive! I will add $1 per every new sign on that I receive as a result of this campaign, so there is a lot of money to be made here if you can do this job correctly. PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive my bid if you do not have good feedback, and you do not post your methods of completing this job on the PMB.
