We are open to ideas about how things can be improved, so proactive participation is encouraged. At this time, we are accepting cost estimates from different Web developers. Please give us details of your prior work (sample, links etc), cost estimate (detailed breakdown for different phases is encouraged), time estimate. Please submit your proposals as detailed as possible. As mentioned earlier, being a startup, we have limited budget, so please quote your best possible rate.
