Thus you should understand well, about php /backend and how to control the site from the host control panel, up load, move things about etc. You should be able to create all sorts of design, including making logos and art work as well as changing colours and tab sizes, banner making for this project etc. I need someone to change the design of a site like the link I have provided and a similar one. You should have the ability to be really creative but also have a diverse different approach to each task, so I am looking for someone who can very their design and who is not just stuck to “one way of thinking” in other words I do not want to work with someone that seems to create the same or similar things for each project that they work on, and then they are out of ideas. I also wish to change what the site offers to add to it different things like selling items on the site so you should be able to place tabs/buttons here and there that link up to paypal and other online payment systems. You should be fully able to work on the site, without interfering with users who will be online using the site. I just need to know that you know what you are doing. I will want to see examples of your design work and skills, and know where you are based and your name etc. communication is the key to doing good work. Only top designers requested, you should be able to create flash and use Photoshop etc. no time for wannabees.
