Description:
I am looking to have a project plan or project design created for a calling card
service. Ideally, the project design would allow me to assess if i would like to
take the project futher and have someone implement the project for me.

I would like to create calling cards where:

1) User purchases a calling card online. Several calling cards are offered,
with various rate combinations.

2) User dials a local phone north/american phone number (there would likely be
10-15 locations which are supported), enters a pin number, and dials an outgoing
phone number. Based on the calling card rates (which would set by me), the
user's balance declines with each call. When the call reaches a zero balance,
the calling card becomes inactive, (and the conversation ends if the user was on
a call).


This project entails
1) a detailed technical overview of how to create such a virtual business.
Included would be a list of software, hardware, and services required.

2) following approval of part 1), a design spec which includes pseudo code for
the project implementation

includes creating a timeline with time and costd required. (eg. time and cost to
setup end user website, data entry website/portal, database, voip DID etc...)
