I am very busy with many different projects so I have now decided that I would like to hire a Data Entry Virtual Assistant. I have many simple tasks that I need to be completed, but I don't have the time to get them all done each day. Hiring a Virtual Assistant will allow me to move ahead with my projects much faster and also provide the right person with a great job! As a Data Entry Virtual Assistant you will be required to perform the following tasks: Account Registration - I will provide lists of websites where I need accounts created. You will be required to sign up, provide basic registration information, and email verify the account if needed. Profile Creation - In addition to registering new accounts I may also ask you to create full profiles with content & photos. Profile Management - After registering for accounts and creating profiles you will be required to manage these profiles. Frequent logins, updating content, and uploading new photos will be normal tasks. Profile Comments - This will be another part of the profile management. I will ask that you comment on user profiles. Comments must be appropriate to each user profile. Ad Copying - I run a couple of different classifieds websites. I need to have ads from sites such as Craigslist, Kijiji, & eBay copied and added to my own sites. You will need to copy ads that include a phone number or email address and photos. YouTube Videos - A couple of my websites have videos sections. They have been setup to allow YouTube video codes. You will need to copy and paste YouTube video codes into these video sections. A list of needed videos will be provided. Data Scraping - In addition to the tasks mentioned above you will also be required to gather any data information that I need from 3rd party sites. Examples of this would include: Reviews & Evaluations, Books/ISBN Numbers, Product Details, and Articles & Information. I will provide a list of websites and details about what information needs to be gathered. Your job will be to gather the information and provide it in text/excel files or copy it into my own websites. Because there is such a broad scope of tasks and projects that will need to be completed, I cannot provide specific details for each. The tasks mentioned above should provide you will a good overall outline of the work that I will need completed. Anything that includes gathering, copying, and researching data is a possible task that I will ask you to complete. Now, to the important part. Because this is such a huge part of what I need to get done in order to move my businesses forward, I am willing to pay the right person a good amount of money. I am willing to pay between $50.00 - $150.00/wk to the right person. The right person will have a good understanding of the English language, be very organized, and task oriented. You must also be readily available online each day or through daily email correspondence. Not complying with daily updates or contact with each other will NOT be tolerated! Details of all completed work must be submitted in a text or excel file for approval. I prefer to work with someone that asks a lot of questions and makes sure they understand the task before trying to complete it. This will ensure that we are always on the same page and steadily moving forward. Please place your bids and let me know why I should select you for this position.
