We run a kids camp every year. Each camp is only one week (5 days) and with 16 kids per week for only 4 hours per day. We teach kids how to cook and the principles of cooking. It's a lot of fun. We want to build a training manual with vidoes and instructions in how to run the camp so we can run other camps. We can get all the video work done locally, but we are looking for someone with experience in building training systems and writing manuals to develope a program that can teach step by step how we put on the camp. So we would like to hire someone to help us develop a "HOW TO" Training manual. Franchise experience or building information product experience is important, becuase we want to duplicate the process with churches. Here's what we are thinking we need: - Consulting on how to develop it - Create Manuals - Create Graphics - Organize the information - Finish into a step by step manual It's hard to say what the price is that it will run. Maybe it can be on a per hour basis or a set price. Again experience is important in having done this before with other HOW TO or Franchise expertise. Please include your experience in this area and reference any products or training manuals you've built and references.
