Details needed are: Title of Website or Name of Organisation (has to be a meaningful title, "welcome" or "home" etc. not accepted) URL Category (see below for choices) Region (one of AU, CA, International, Ireland, NZ, SA, UK, US) Modality (see below for choices) Description (max 300 char) (only necessary for 50% of websites, ideally from meta tag or first paragraph of home page) Name of contact person (or organisation, if no contact person found) Email (emails need to be valid, any bounced emails need to be replaced with sites with a working email address; if no email available, the link to contact/submission form is ok, accepted for max of 10% of websites) Alexa Rank Google PR (for links page only. If they do not have one no PR necessary) All websites have to be specific to natural health and wellbeing (incl. massage). Categories are (number of expected sites in brackets): Associations (1000) Directories - free listings (they offer a free basic listing for health practitioners, no matter whether a paid upgrade is possible) (100) Directories - paid listings (they only offer paid listings for health practitioners) (100) Magazines (50) Products & Services (only products and services for health practitioners, e.g. massage tables, oils, etc., not for the public who wants to get healthy) (750) Useful Websites (any other websites that you come across that relate to this area without fitting into a specific category) (500) Modality is necessary for associations, magazines, products & services and useful websites. Pick only one main modality if they offer multiple modalities. Choose from: Acupuncture Aromatherapy Ayurveda Bodywork Bowen Therapy Chinese Medicine Chiropractic Counselling Herbal Medicine Homœopathy Hypnotherapy Kinesiology Life Coaching Massage Meditation Naturopathy Nutrition Osteopathy Reflexology Shiatsu Yoga To be clear, we are not after websites from practitioners who are offering any of these modalities, we only want websites that are visited by practitioners! Delivery would be in an excel file (see attached sample). We have a list of 150 of these websites already. You need to make sure that you submit unique websites only. This is the rough breakdown of how many sites for each region we expect. AU 100 CA 200 Ireland 200 Intern. 200 NZ 100 SA 200 UK 500 US 1500 All breakdowns are guidelines only and can be varied within 10% either way. We would review your work after you collect the first 100 descriptions. At that point also, you can make any recommendations for other categories that might be suitable to add to our directory.
