interface in PHP with a MY/SQL database (backend), which will have capability to export data in fannie mae 3.2 format for Form 1003 in Mortgage Application. Once the form is submitted on line, the application should convert the data in the Fannie Mae 3.2 format so that it can be imported to the Encompass LOS. Also the file will need to be emailed to the loan officer and administrator and data will be saved in our On Line MySql Database. Bidders must be familiar with this format to be successful in completing this task. When bidding please provide any examples of this kind of work you may have done in the past. Attached is more information detailing this project. We also will need a �Short Form� Version of the same which we will provide the 10 or so fields needed for this short form upon the start of the project.
