internet using a land based phone which is plugged into the USB Device on the other end [R45 Jack]. The Magicjack has a softphone application which sits on my desktop too. You can dial from your land line phone or dial from your desktop using the softphone application. Currently, the MagicJack company has a plugin for Microsoft Office,which, allows users to click on a contact's phone number and the number will be automatically dialed thru the MagicJack Softphone. Here is what I want: I want a software plugin [developed] which will allow me to "drop" into the application "phone numbers" and names ... and have that application dial the phone numbers for me. Additionally, the application should be able to draw from a pre-design MP3 which will leave a message on a voicemail or answering machine. If a person should pick up the phone while the message is being put on the machine, the application will allow me to talk to the person, thru the softphone by MagicJack. So, this product would be a software product. I am open to internet based products, if we can figure a way to do it with full intergration but I think the a software will work best. The dongle made by MagicJack is a VOIP product. It just has a R45 Jack incorporated into the device to let people use there existing phones... This project should be rather easy, since, there are many existing dialer software applications [perhaps, open source], around today. I am not sure what kind of software platform is needed, so give me your recommendations and why you prefer them.. Let me know what you can do, and the cost. Related Projects:  Menu modification Y!
