We are looking to redesign our main website. It is an insurance related site for US health insurance products. It is heavily text driven, so graphics are not very important, but we do want limited graphics and perhaps a spiffy new logo. No database work, just basic html. Site must be professional looking, crisp and clean, and must be zippy fast. In other words, nothing real fancy but it must look good. Basically, I need a new front page template that I can go modify from time to time (text and links). Also we need 2 templates for "inside" pages. The main thing is that it has to be easy for me to expand the site later using the templates. I am not a web pro by any means but I can handle dreamweaver, etc. well enough to make basic corrections. It is important to be able to clearly communicate with each other. I speak only english and often have difficulty with certain accents. I don't anticipate speaking that often but when we do, it's important to communicate well. I anticipate that email will be the preferred method of correspondence. Once this project is completed, we will start on a new series of similar websites and the original designer will have an inroads on those projects. I'm not looking for the lowest price, but the best overall value based on what works for us. My main concern is the quality of your work and reliability.
