Website overview The web site will provide access to the company’s real estate listings. Customers will sign up for - Searches of current properties - Access to content (text, video) containing tips and information on purchasing a home - Access to seminars The web site will have backend functionality to allow property, user, and calendar event management. Website features Sales page/main home page (Public access) Main page will contain - Logo/banner - Sales message outlining in a graphic, attractive manner the benefits of membership to the service. - A rotating preview of current homes for sale o Homes on the rotating list will be determined from management interface - Graphic link to a signup page - Calendar of events summary - Login section Join MH page (Public access) Allows a user to submit information for membership. Form data includes: - Name - Financial status (??) - Job history - Marital status - Social security number - More TK About MH (Public access) Contains information on the company and principals Contact us (Public access) Contains contact information (phone, fax, email) FAQ (Public access) General information on how to use the site, membership information, etc Calendar of events page (MH client) • List of all upcoming home education seminars exclusively for use be members of the web site • Calendar should display only future events Property search screen (MH client) Allows users to perform a search based on criteria, including: - Price range - Number of bedrooms - Number of bathrooms - Location (??) - Zip code Property results screen (MH client) Results of the property search screen, including: - Thumbnail of home - Price - Home features summary (TBD – location?
