Description:

I'm looking to get website designed and built for listing vacation rentals. The
pages will have to be designed in a search engine friendly fashion, but I will
insert the content later.
the site will be similar to http://www.goin2travel.com as far as the layout and
features. the main page should have pictures and listings, and all the sub pages
should be a standard template. the subpages must also have an 'email form' to
email the property owner inquiries (the form must also CC me). Also a calendar
for the owner to show booked and available dates.
PHP
the site will have 2 areas. an admin area (for me) and a property owner login
(for the property owner).
in the property owner login area, the user should be able to upload photos
(which must be resized to fit) & write a description of their property.
(there should be a form for them to fill out with info such as 'description',
'amenities' and 'contact info' and more) .. they should also be able to see how
much time is left in their subscription.
in the admin area i should be able to edit package types (bronze, silver, and
gold) .. (each package type will have a different amount of pictures..) i
should also be able to reset user's passwords, edit their info, add accounts,
terminate accounts, add more time to an account, upload files, (and anything
else I can't think of)
this project should also be done in around 7 to 15 days and must be tested on my
servers. also a mockup of the design would be appreciated...
The less graphics the better (as far as buttons and design go.. i prefer text
buttons)
I don’t like to much flash I prefer html with not to much but nice graphics. The
site must have a clean, modern, user friendly look.
The site will have US rentals only so a gif pic of usa on the main page would be
nice. So people can click on the desired state and see the rentals under that
state.
Also I do not have a domain name or a hosting co yet but I am looking into that.
