Netfirms Web Hosting for Small Business

Below is a list of crap that I don't want this site to look like. The site
needs to be stylelish, flashy, and leave you wanting to come back again and
again. The new of the site is WePickForYou. Its a sports handicapping site.
There will be 5 - 7 Pages Total. Each page will be basically the same. With a
ads bar on the right side of the page and one possibly on the bottom. Need to
have a members only section that someone can get a user name once they pay
through paypal checkout I will send them a username/pass . So I need to be able
to easily add new members.

1. Home - Need to be able to have a youtube video that can we updated everyday
in the middle of the body.
This can be split up into a few different things. I need someone to build the
login system where someone can have a login area and I can add new users anytime
I need to give me a price for this first. They just need to be a member to view
a certain page on the host. There should be something where each member will
goto a certain page not just a regular memebers page. Like Member 1 can goto
Picks1 Page. Member 2 can goto Pick1 and Pick2 Page Etc.
