The new redesign should have a complete new look and feel, although I need to keep all of the dynamically generated contents of the script. A designer need to make this web site look very CLEAN, CRISP, and very easy to use. I attached a quick requirements. I will have a detailed list when i select a designer. The web developer/designer should have following skills and proof of experience: 1. Design of the site need to be very clean 2 usability of the site is super important. A qualified designer must understand usability 3. because this script is written in php, the designer/developer needs to be able to move contents, links, etc to improve usability and design 4. developers who can provide samples and recommendation during this project would be helpful. 5. I would like to work with people who are very patient and good listner.
