I need a website constructed. I currently own www.iwannaknowit.com. I have the pieces to the puzzle. I have hosting by Dreamhost.com. I have Dreamhost.com Level 3 hosting option. Please checkout the Dreamhost website for the details. I have a template that I downloaded from websitetemplates.com. I want users to be able to setup a user account to access my site. User access will include posting messages to a message board. I wanted to allow users to post questions and in return receive a link to a small audio or video clip answering there question (with no download capabilities). Clips should be no more that 2 1/2 min. I would like to know the different options I have available to stream the audio or video from my site. I would like to utilize a public calendar to schedule IT study groups. I want users to be able to rank (1-5) audio or video answers. I eventually want mentors to be able to upload audio or video answers to questions for review and I will release the clip to the site after approval. I also want mentors to be promoted to different rankings based off of there answer rank from other users. I am looking to get this of the ground ASAP. Everyone wants to be apart of this development.
