-------------------- First off thanks for looking at our project. We welcome individuals of all types to bid on this project/contest, as the more options we have to select from the better. Please be aware , while we are posting this project in a contest format, we guarentee selection to the winning individual (provided that in total at least 40 logos are submitted to the contest), as the funds are already set aside to do so. Please be aware this contest will also be posted on deviantart.com, and if you wish, you may post your logo in the thread when it becomes availiable for personal security. Your logo or any derivation thereof will not be used unless you are properly componsated and notified beforehand, and will we reserve the right to not use your logo even if selected (though you will still be componsated in full). You will maintain credit for the logo design, and will be able to use it on your personal resume, but if selected, you will no longer be able to duplicate it in a COMMERCIAL matter upon selection. Should you not be selected and componsated , the logo is still sole property of you, and you are free to change the name (you may not use the name PokerVitals) and do anything you wish the logo. Watermarks are allowed, although the judges personal preferance is that the opacity of the mark is under 15%, as that it does not distract from the piece. The winning bidder may retract use of the logo at any time during the competition. If the contestent declines the use of the logo, the money will be awarded to the runner up upon selection. Once the contestant is compensated for the logo, it becomes property of P.T. Investments, and commercial use without explict permission is prohibited. The amount awarded to the winner will be equal to the sum of $100 USD, payable via paypal, cheque, money order, epassporte, or getafreelancer. If we think your concept is the good but it needs some polish, you will be notified thereof and you will be given the chance to make the changes. Format & Specifications --------------------- We will take into consideration all sizes of logos, and a small case-of-use sample will improve how your judged. If a bitmap, The original logo needs to be quite large, as it will be down sampled for the site and various mediums. The original logo also should have a seperated background, allowing us to change the color of the logos back. Providing a pre-downsampled version that we could directly incorporate into the site is helpfull, though not required. For the contest, we require a render of the logo in .jpg or .gif format. Please submit your reasonings for your particular design, and anything that would help our in-house art staff utilize it in their works. (In particular , a color pallet or scheme) Logo Details -------------------- The logo you will be designing is for the site and product PokerVitals PokerVitals. Downloading of the product is encouraged to get the feel for what you will be designing. The logo does not need to fit in perfectly with the current site, and a case of use will help in your selection. For submission we require a .jpg.
