Description:
Independent Consulting is a new firm specialized in Air Traffic Control and
Aviation consultancy. We work globally with a range of clients and have our
office in Hong Kong.

We require a creative site to promote our new consulting firm Independent
Consulting (specialized in Air Traffic Management and Aviation) in Hong Kong.
The site should contain flash graphics have an estetic look. Only companies with
a good portfolio (with emphasis on graphic design and flash) will be considered.

All subpages of the site should be controlled by a content management system by
the site administrator. Page views should be shown statistically as well for the
site administrator. The site administrator should also be able to send
newsletters to our clients.

The site should have:

1. Intro page in Flash
2. First page with latest news
3. About (company info and location info)
4. Profile (My CV and some nice creative flash effects)
5. Clients & Services (description of what we provide.
6. Contact (Contact information and enquiry form)

Functions:
1. Content management of the site
2. Newsletter service
3. Statistics (page views)

Option: Sound effects and music.

Winner of the bid may get additional 3 projects and we would appreciate design
proposals. We will provide pictures and text for the site once development
start.

Deliverables:

1. Initial design proposal
2. Source code
3. Installation on server
