The project will require programming and development from the ground up, The project will require Logo and graphics work, and all navigation work, all database work to be provided by the winning bidder. Mysql preferred, The site must be clean in style, (CSS) low in graphics, so the site will quickly load Must be search engine friendly 3 banners of various sizes Must function and be able to view properly in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Mozilla, opera, and most other Browsers. The site will need an internal messaging system for users and clients to contact each other (Internal Email system)` The site will need some sort of automated email verification system for each new user before the account can be approved / created / activated. Before a user can use all features of the site, ie contact and view house sitters contact info, ie email, or phone info. The site will consist of several pages, Home/Index page, About us page, Privacy page, Terms of Use page Search page, Login area on main page, “Contact us” form page and the email will be sent to a private address The site will need search functionality based on the needs of clients, ie, I am a Homeowner looking for a House sitter, in this zip code area The site will have to have the entire US zip code programmed into it, and the ability to find a housesitter (drop down menu) within a user defined radius of 10-25-100-250 miles (drop down menu,) Clients looking for sitter services will be able to browse and search sitters profiles, but if they want to contact a Sitter, they will be directed to a page and instructed to login and create an account in order for them to get the sitters contact info (Email or phone number), or be able to send them internal email. House Sitters will need to create an account, so they can have a searchable profile Each search result page should display between 10-15 profiles, Each sitter will have several mandatory profile fields that will be displayed to registered users seeking there services For each profile that is created for a house sitter, I want a small field or area where the homeowner who have used a certain house sitter to be able to post Positive or negative feedback on any house sitter they used, but I also want the ability for a house sitter who received negative feedback to post a rebuttal if negative feed back is entered. I also want to be notified by email when a new user signs up to the site, with the users name and ID number Also need the ability for a homeowner to post a want ad looking for a House sitter with there specific needs, so house sitters can contact them via internal site email. The site must have an administrative panel that displays all users to me, (password protected) and will provide me with the ability to add/edit/delete/approve accounts One of the main features of the site is to be able to feature house sitters at the top of search listings in a specific area for a fee, to be integrated with paypal, for example, if I am searching for a house sitter in Fresno, California, The house sitter who has paid a top listing fee for XX amount of months, should appear at the top of the list above all others who haven’t paid a fee.
