The site provides companies with ability to perform 360 feedback surveys and employee opinion surveys. This is what I’m looking for: Professional and innovative front page design and possible logo design. Additional screens to link together information on attached document. Document text is not complete but I will update that once project has been completed. We want a signature look and feel (font, color, etc.) that can be used in multiple media beyond our logo (website, merchandise, etc.) and believe that we may also need a signature emblem (i.e. nike swoosh)- current logo is water droplet Amend 'contact us' and 'sample' to fit in with new design. Access to site to view survey functionality is Company ID - 250363 UserID - sample Password - survey also would require reciprocal links to google to increase search within company employee survey / feedback arena Note survey functionality or design will NOT be changed.
