FLASH. I'm looking for a Long Time Relationship. The person who wins this bid has to stay in touch for future updates or maintenance if needed. This is the project description: 1. Totally in Flash. This is to show people a building with apartments and penthouses for sale with comunal areas. Is a place close to the beach in a tropical island. So needs to be a design that appeals to the desire of beach, tropical sun, palm trees, pools, etc. 2. Flash Intro like from 10 to 20 seconds. 3. At the end of the intro or in the skip intro button needs to have links for a spanish or english version of the site. 4. A professional Logo needs to be done. For website use and for printing. Needs to be original it has to be done first before the website. If you can design the website but are not good at logos you are welcome to bid but please, let me know about it so i can look for logo designers. 5. In this website there are going to be graphical images of the apartments and penthouse and some areas that needs to open from small size to big... This way the visitor can see plans or images details. 6. I want a patience and organize team or person for this job. 7. Once the job is done you will receive full payment through GAF escrow. 8. I need the person to be avaible through msn, gmail or skype. 9. In the PMB describe me how you imagine this website. Describe me how you would do it? 9. Dont tell me you are ready to start... Just Tell me who you are, where are you located, send me a portfolio of FLASH designs or some works done by you... professional FLASH work... 10. Once I accept you for my work... you are my partner and I will treat you with respect and trust.... And I expect the same from you...
