I am in need of a brand new website with several functionality enhancements.
A new look, a new feel, with up to date functionalities such as a user forum, an
easy to update calendar for announcements such as births, online fulfillments of
forms for reservations of kitten, a dynamic online photo gallery, and anything
else worthwhile having which haven't been thought of yet !
I am hoping to find a designer I can work with. After discussions and
recommendations I would integrate available tools for functionalities and this
person would then create the look and feel and customize it all.

First let me thank everyone taking the time to evaluate and bid on
this project.
Now let me do my best to clarify a couple of things which should help everyone.
1 - LOOK & FEEL :I am searching for is that of a cozy family oriented
breeder who does this for the love of animals.
2 - HOSTING : I require no hosting services. I have my own server with several
other personal websites. So all third-party modules required if any, such as
CMS, should be freely available and installed on my server.
3 - START and DEADLINE : these are two arbitrary values mostly because we need
them. The fact is that there is no rush. The only thing I require is that a
timeframe is set and loosely respected.
