First let me thank you for your time. This project is simple I need a basic design for a E-Bay Business Web Application I am building. I'm not so hot on the design and art portion of web development. There are a few requirements: 1. Must all be _vaild XHTML-1.0-Strict 2. Must use CSS for all formatting (this includes layout [tables will not be accepted for layout please use position features of CSS]) 3. Must include a logo, a simple but yet nice and professional looking. 4. Must include basic samples of different elements, such as tables. So that I do not have to dig though the CSS to find which selectors go with each element. 5. The page layouts are going to be pretty much the same, a nav bar on the left hand side, and a main nav bar across the top (may be removed), with the main data area in the left over section. 6. Different CSS selectors will have to be created (i.e. fonts of text for different elements). I expect a CSS design that considers all the elements of HTML. 7. Some images may have to be created, such as borders for the nav bar(s), or header borders for sections of the data area, etc. This site is for a web application that I building to interface with eBay and paypal to offer services to a eBay business owner (i.e. sales tracks and history, and payment verification, etc). It must look professional and clean, but still have some flair to it. It must be small (load time is important to not only him, more so to me). I am outsourcing this portion of the project mostly because I don't have the time, and some because I don't have the skill in the art department to truly make something nice. It is not a high budget project, and not some that needs to be done ASAP, but the sooner the better. This is for a design of one page, and some logos.
