Description:	What we need: A website designed from the ground up that incorporates the same type of function as YouTube (not YouTube Video embedding). Exceptions would include a Private Member Area where paying members can invite guests to view & upload videos/pics/mp3, is Private Member specific and isn't accessible to Regular Members. All Graphics (Logos, Headers, etc.) need to be developed with active participation by us and could possibly be provided seperately. Videos and pics will be uploaded by members - Free and Private. Will require integration of advertising (rotating banners and AdSense type) on all pages, perhaps in a selectable on/off fashion that can be controlled by admin.
