Description:	The public needs free access to some information on a range of subjects, with read but not post access to a forum, email contact, a book sales page and access to amazon. Subscribers will get more information on the same subjects, read and post on the forum, and new topic, subject to my approval. I have a university class and I would like to give each member a private forum, invisible to anyone else, where assignments and messages can be posted. I like the two-column xoops templates, with a navigation panel on the left. I want a fast clean site, with no decoration, animation, fussy stuff. But I would like the navigation buttons to use OnMouseOver and OnMouseClick to animate the choice and remain chosen when the target is reached. It is essential that the basic structure allows some extension (more left-hand buttons to new subject pages) and very easy drop-in content, so that I can rewrite pages easily.
