I need a clone-like website which must be fully functional like www.Voice123.com. Although the format is the same, the content will be different. Instead of being able to upload MP3's this should allow the ability for talent to upload images, These uploads will be posted with an automatic superimposed "Watermark" across the images. It should allow for up to 4 images in "thumbnails", yet when a cursor hovers over one of the images, it instantly shows at full size. It must give the ability for jobs to be posted, and for our site to oversee the process through an escrow "release system", as well as collect a percentage of the payment for ourselves through PayPal. The qualified candidate will need to provide documentation and a clear statement of phases. If you have a working demo, that will be a plus. We will also consider prebuilt sites, such as clones of Voice123.com. Although we are starting this at a 30-100 range, there may be a situation where it becomes obvious enough to us that due to the extrordinary nature of an offer, that the offering price should be increased. We are open to someone to exceed our expectations, with an excellent product. Demo sites will be given serious consideration ahead of non-demos. If you have a clone site already for offer, you must include your asking price, please, or we will not be able to respond.
