CSS Template Conversion for GreenStone Library Software application its a GPL
software from GreenStone.org.
Template system is very basic. Standard CSS File that handles the look of the
whole site.
I've attached all the files that effect the graphics of my site, the extensions
are .dm but they open up in Notepad or Text Edit just fine and I think it
contains php tags within. Here's the actual working site with the default
template that came with the system.

I want my site's layout to look like this, I've attached the "NEW
LOOK.jpg" file of the skin I want to replace it with. I like how the left
part of this page stays stationary and the right side scrolls.
