Description:	I need a simple review script. I have an example at: http://glamourbilling.com/phoneflirt/ Basically I plan to have the review script pop up from a link just as shown in the example (deminsions around 350x500). I would like to specify an e-mail notification when a review is submitted. All submitted reviews would be pending and would require the approval of the admin. So basically the scenerio would goes as follows: 1) The review script is set-up with an admin user/pass/e-mail 2) After the user submits the review the admin receives the review via e-mail and the link to login to approve/deny the review. 3) Upon admin approval the review is displayed.
