Please read this thoroughly and make sure there is NO confusion as to the final deliverable. It's a very basic project but has very detailed requirements. The system consist of php and mysql, the final deliverable includes admin.php, signup.php, members.php, quote.php as well as all the mysql table structures. We are looking for a multi merchant quote system. I imagine there are a lot of systems out there like this but we'd prefer not to have something off the shelf. Basically what this system does is a user comes to the site, submits a quote request based on a pre defined quote. That quote is then reviewed by the admin. Once it's been reviewed for authenticity, the quote is then forwarded out to the merchants or members based on a set criteria, for example, no more than 3 people get a lead or even 5 people but it's all manageable through the backend. Ultimately it's a very simple series of selects and inserts, just through a very managed format. There will be three sides, a member side, a user side and an admin site. If you have ANY quoestions, please PM me. ################ Admin Side - Four Options, Manage Quotes, Manage Forms, Manage Members, Settings admin.php script should be managed through a typical username, password which can be managed on the settings option in the admin interface. Manage Quotes - All new quote request that come in go into a Pending Status. By going into manage quotes, the pending options are displayed first. The admin can then view the details of the request and mark it as Invalid at which point it's just mark that way or approved at which point the details are emailed to the members. Manage Forms - Creating forms should look something like http://phpforms.net/demo.html whereby you can do page by page, field by field and option by option. Field Types textbox, text area, drop down, checkbox, option button Field Options Required, No Required, Length Minimum, Length Maximum Page by page configuration options just like phpforms. Manage Members - Standard management interface of members, including adding new account, creating new account, edit account details, close account, view activity and quotes selection, meaning an option for the admin to select which forms / quotes this particular member receives. Billing options include Credit Card or Pre Payment. This means nothing more than those are the supplied fields. Here is the final part of the system that is critical. When a new quote comes in, it doesn't make sense to distribute it to all the merchants. For example, if there is 20 merchants and each one receives a quote, the user will get 10 to 20 calls. When approving new quotes, it's important to list out all the merchants in the system with check boxes so that the admin can actually select which merchants actually receive that quote. Additionally and equally as important, the system must keep exact track of which merchants get what quotes, first off, it's important because when the merchants log into their account, they have to be able to see only the quotes they received and secondly merchants are billed based on what quotes they receive. Please keep in mind, each quote form may have 10 fields, it may have 100 fields, all with very different questions and field values. ################ Member Side - There is two parts to the members / merchant site. A members.php script where people can log into the system, review leads, edit their account and logout and a signup.php where they can signup. All new signups must be approved by the admin. members.php script should be managed through a typical username, password which can be managed on the settings option in the members interface. The members side is pretty basic, and includes two options view quotes and settings in addition of course to the logout link. View Quotes - This which be the option for listing the various quotes this member has received. Settings - Basic options including editing all account functions, i.e. name, address, phone, billing info. This section is broken out into three parts, Account Access (Username, Password, Account Status) with account status being open or inactive, inactive being no payment information on file, Account Details (Name, Company, Address, City, State, Country Drop Down Box, Postal Code, Phone Number, Fax Number, Website, Logo - with ability to upload logo) and Billing Information (XX'd out credit card number, experimentation date or prepayment option) As stated above, every account has Name, Company, Address, City, State, Country Drop Down Box, Postal Code, Phone Number, Fax Number, Website, Logo - with ability to upload logo and Billing Information, credit card number, experimentation date or a selection of a prepayment option. ################ User Side - Users can see a quote form by /quote.php?form=#FORMID# When a quote is first submitted, the user receives an automated email with the supplied information. When the quote is then distributed to the members, the user also receives an email stating that their quote has been approved and distributed to the selected members, with a list of those members, for example "Your account has been approved and distributed to XYZ, ABC and XYD merchants for approval. Please epect a contact within 3 to 5 days" In addition to the requested information, the system should be tracking referring URL of the quote (where the click initially came in through) as well as the IP of the user.
